EN:Able Futures, an award-winning apprenticeship employer are partnering with Lovell Partnerships to support
the relatively new refurbishment side of their business. We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice
Business Coordinator to work with Lovell Partnership to understand this growing business and become part of
their growing team. There is future scope for progression for the right candidate who would like to grow with the
business.
Relevant information about the project
As an apprentice you will learn how to undertake the following day to day tasks:-
• Provide high quality service to customers and internal departments which will be delivered from the workplace,
digitally, by telephone or on occasion, by going out to see the customer.
• Learn how to use systems, equipment and technology, update both internal and external systems with the required
data.
• Understand the products or services that are available from the organisation and keep up to date.
• Produce accurate records and documents including emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships within your own team and across the organisation.
• Update both internal and external systems with the required data.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills and behaviours.
• Undertake administrative duties across the senior leadership team including minute taking, filing (electronic and
hard copy), arranging travel and development of reports for both internal and external use.
The apprentice will need
Update both internal and external systems with the required data therefore have a basic understanding of
IT.
• Complete tasks to a high standard with the ability to attend college and undertake a level 3 qualification.
• Demonstrate a desire to work within the construction sector and progress onwards within the office
environment.
• Have a keen and enthusiastic manner.
• Have a good attention to detail to ensure accuracy, having effective communication skills both verbal and
written.
• Be a team player with effective customer service skills.
• Develop trust with customers and colleagues by undertaking responsibilities in an ethical and empathetic
manner.
• Be dependable and responsible, displaying conscientiousness through being punctual, reliable, and
professional.
• A driving license for this role is essential as you will also oversee other local offices from time to time
Qualifications Required
4 x GCSE’s grades A-C / 3-9 including Maths and English
Relevant information about the site
The successful applicant will work towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, and will take 18 months (Plus end point assessment)
37 Hours Per Week
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (with a 16:30 finish on a Friday)
£253.80 Per Week (This is made up of the National Apprenticeship Wage plus £17 travel allowance)
