EN:Able Futures and ACIS Group are joining forces to offer an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Property Development Assistant to join ACIS Group supporting people through their services. We are looking for an Apprentice Property Development Assistant to join a great team to support them to deliver the ACIS Group development programme while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification. Working under the direction of a well experienced team, you will be learning about new land opportunities, development appraisals, and contract negotiations. Supporting the team in delivery of the new build home projects, you will be liaising with internal/external stakeholders, learning about processing contract and compliance documentation as well as undertaking site visits and handovers of new homes.

Day to day activities:-
As an Apprentice Property Development Assistant, a typical day might include:
• Administering documentation, updating databases and adherence to compliance protocols which ensure the organisation meets its obligations and targets
• Support the team with new development opportunities including collation of plans, surveys and specifications
• You’ll assist in ensuring accurate contractual records are kept in relation to the management of construction projects including Health and Safety documentation
• Monitoring and collating handover documentation for our new homes
• Supporting the defects team to report and oversee the work on our customers’ homes
• Learning how to administer repair claims made under the New Shared Ownership scheme
• You’ll learn about and help with the Homes England funding claims tracking process
• Assist with the development of tenders relevant to the construction project, ensuring records of tenders are kept and processed within the required timescales
• Attending site meetings and supporting property inspections for handover

Your role is all about supporting new build home project management. Are you someone who loves being organised? Then you’ll be learning how to set up and maintain scheme files and checklists to comply audit requirements.

You’ll get to know the different roles within the Property Development and Assets team as you will be working closely with the team on coordinating all project information on multiple schemes to support successful delivery.

Qualifications Required

4 GCSE's including Maths and English Grade 4-9

Relevant information about the site

The successful applicant will work towards a Level 3 Business Administration Qualification, which will take 18 months and will be delivered by T3 Training on a work-based-learning basis.


37 Hours Per Week
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (16:30 finish on a Friday)
£7.55 Per Hour plus £17 weekly travel allowance
(This will be for the first 6 months, with a view to a review and increased after this to £10 Per Hour subject to the performance of the Apprentice.)
