EN:Able Futures, an award-winning apprenticeship employer are partnering with Pro-Ten Services to support the delivery of housing repairs for one of our members, Sheffield City Council. We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Office Support Administrator to work with Pro-Ten Services and become part of their growing team.

Pre-Ten Services is a nationwide company who provide a local service, working on residential, commercial and public sector properties.

Relevant information about the project

The role of an Office Support Administrator involves helping to organize and support the way the company functions.

As an apprentice you will learn how to undertake the following day to day tasks:-

• Provide high quality service to customers which will be delivered mainly from the workplace, digitally, by telephone or occasionally going out to see the customer
• Manage orders and payments
• Offer advice and guidance to fix problems and support to customers
• Update both internal and external systems with the required data
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and behaviours
• Gain a good knowledge into the products and services provided.
• Provide information and service in line with service standards and appropriate regulations

Essential qualities

• Have a keen and enthusiastic manner
• Have a good attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Be a team player as well as being capable of working individually
• Have good communication skills, written and verbal
• Be capable in the use of Microsoft software inc. Word, Excel and Outlook
• Be self-motivated and organised
• Willing to work towards L2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification
• Contribute to the development of good working relationships within the team

Qualifications Required

GCSE Grade 3-9 in English and Maths

Relevant information about the site

The successful applicant will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification, which will take 12 months plus End Point Assessment (EPA)



37 Hours Per Week. Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (with a 16:00 finish on a Friday)

£253.80 Per Week (This is made up of the National Apprenticeship Wage plus £17 weekly travel allowance)
