What will the apprentice be doing on site

• Provide high quality service to customers which will be delivered mainly from the workplace, digitally, by telephone or occasionally going out to see the customer.
• Manage orders and payments.
• Offer advice and guidance to fix problems and support to customers.
• Update both internal and external systems with the required data
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and behaviours.
• Gain a good knowledge into the products and services provided.
• Provide information and service in line with service standards and appropriate regulations.

EN:Able Futures, an award-winning apprenticeship employer are partnering with Hi Point Access Ltd to support the delivery of housing repairs for one of our members, Sheffield City Council. We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Office Support Administrator to work with Hi Point Access and become part of their growing team.

Hi Point Access Ltd is one of Sheffield’s leading scaffolding companies who have now expanded to deliver roofing repairs and maintenance.

• Be capable in the use of Microsoft software inc. Word, Excel and Outlook
• Be self-motivated and organised.
• Willing to work towards L2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification.
• Contribute to the development of good working relationships within the team.

Qualifications Required

Essential Qualifications required to meet college criteria:
• English and Maths GCSE’s grades A-D / 3-9

Will be working towards - Apprenticeship Title/Qualification and Duration:
• Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner
• Duration 12 months plus EPA (college day/block release to be confirmed)

Relevant information about the site

8.30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday
8.30 am to 4pm Friday.

Salary is £212.36/week (this is made up of National Apprenticeship Wage plus weekly £17 travel allowance)
