What will the apprentice be doing on site
As an apprentice Site Administrator, you will support the site team and undertake the following day to day tasks:
• Preparing and distributing customer literature by updating with tenant address to letters, printing and franking
• Scanning and printing of documentation
• Making property packs by collating daily signing in sheets, end of day checks sheets, asbestos reports, choice sheets and designs
• Uploading and inputting data of project details and literature on Excel and SharePoint
• Use of In-communities 365 database to retrieve client information such as asbestos reports, and also be able to upload completed project information
• Use of Commercial (COINS) to retrieve information on invoicing and pricing
• Updating the Project programme by adding refusals, work start dates and declines
• Answering telephone calls
• General office duties

What sort of candidate are you looking for
The Successful candidate will:
• Have good communication skills. Written and verbal
• Be confident in the use of Microsoft packages ie. Word, Excel and Outlook
• A team player, but also capable of working independently
• The desire to work towards a Level 3 qualification (equivalent of x 2 A levels).
Qualifications Required
Essential Qualifications required to meet college criteria:
• 4 x GCSE’s grades A-C / 4-9 including Maths and English
Will be working towards - Apprenticeship Title/Qualification and Duration:
• Level 3 Business Administration
• Duration 15-21 months (dependent on individual)
• Training Provider – TBC

Salary is £212.36/week (this is made up of National Apprenticeship Wage plus weekly £17 travel allowance)

8.30am – 4pm Monday to Friday
