What will the apprentice be doing on site

EN:Able Futures, an award winning apprenticeship employer have partnered with the established team at SES Engineering Services and are offering a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Site Administrator to work alongside an experienced Administrator and support the Project Team with administrative duties.

SES Engineering Services (SES) is recognised as one of the leading M&E partners in the UK. Specialising in the design and installation of building services and infrastructure solutions, SES covers all aspects of M&E engineering.

Relevant information about the project

As an Apprentice Administrator your day to day task will include:-

• Providing administrative duties to the Project Team to ensure efficient operation of the site
• Assisting with quality control functions of auditing, maintaining and training to ensure we have a uniformed compliance with Company Standards and Procedure across all projects
• Managing diaries and emails, organising events, travel and meetings when required
• Document Control – scanning and filing of electronic documents and site drawings
• Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries

Please Note - The successful candidate will will work across x 2 locations and may visit other sites around Leeds. The sites are - British Library, Boston Spa LS23 7BQ and SES Leeds Office, The Gateway, Leeds LS9 8BE

What sort of candidate are you looking for

The Successful candidate will:-

• Have an understanding of all Microsoft packages inc. Word, Excel and Outlook
• Be able to work in a construction site office environment
• Be able to produce accurate records and documents
• Be enthusiastic and flexible
• Be able to work within a team
• Have good communication skills (written & verbal)

Required for this role:-

• Driving license and access to own vehicle

Qualifications Required

Essential Qualifications required to meet college criteria:-

4 x GCSE’s grades A-C / 5-9 including Maths and English

Qualification working towards:-

Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration

Wage/ Working Week

National apprenticeship wage or above dependent on successful candidate / 37.5 hours per week / Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.45pm & Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm
