EN:Able Futures, an award-winning apprenticeship employer, are partnering with Jackson Jackson & Sons to support the delivery of sheltered housing repairs for one of our members, Together Housing Group.
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Tenant Liaison Officer to work with Jackson Jackson & Sons and become part of their growing team.
Jackson Jackson & Sons are a chartered building company with 25 years of experience in the education, housing, health, commercial and industrial sectors. They undertake refurbishment, (including listed buildings), design and construction work across the North West and Yorkshire. Jackson Jackson invest heavily in training and people development, and creating opportunities for people living locally to our projects. They are experts in working with their clients to combine construction contracting with the achievement of sustainable communities.
Relevant information about the project
As an Apprentice Tenant Liaison Officer you will learn how to undertake the following day to day tasks:-
• Provide high quality service to customers (Social Housing Tenants) which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, by telephone or by going out to see the customer.
• Manage orders and payments.
• Offer advice and guidance to support and fix problems for customers.
• Update both internal and external systems with the required data.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills and behaviours.
• Learn new software packages.
• Gain a good knowledge into the products and services provided.
• Provide information and service in line with service standards and appropriate regulations.
Essential qualities
• Have a keen and enthusiastic manner
• Have good customer service skills
• Have a good attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Have good communication skills, written and verbal
• Be capable in the use of Microsoft software inc. Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to learn new, internal software packages
• Be willing to work towards Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification
• Aspire to learn to drive should you not be able to do so
Qualifications Required
3 x GCSE’s grades A-C / 5-9 including Maths & English or equivalent.
Relevant information about the site
The successful applicant will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Qualification, which will take 12 months (plus End Point Assessment) and will through Oldham College.
40 Hours Per Week.
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 (30 minutes for lunch)
£273.00 Per Week (This is made up of the National Apprenticeship wage plus £17 travel allowance)
