Apprentice Administrator

What will the apprentice be doing on site

• Adding orders and uploading of documents to database
• Answering phone calls and taking message and forwarding calls to appropriate staff member
• Ordering materials
• Completing minutes
• Sending letter to notify tenant works will be commencing
• Creating tenant handover packs
• General office duties printing, copying, building site files

Qualifications Required

Essential Qualifications required to meet college criteria:
• 5 x GCSE’s grades A-C / 4-9 including Maths and English

Will be working towards - Apprenticeship Title/Qualification and Duration:
• Advanced Level 3 Business Administration
• Duration 15-21 months (dependent on individual)
• Training Provider – CMS Vocational Training Ltd

Please note – there is no college attendance with this apprenticeship, all learning is undertaken in the workplace.

Relevant information about the site

Salary is £222.92/week (this is made up of National Apprenticeship Wage plus weekly £17 travel allowance).

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 4pm
Friday 7.30am – 3.00pm
